One More Point is a free, browser-based planning poker tool for agile teams. You can use it without an account, or create a permanent account with email and password, Google sign-in, or a passkey. Sessions and room data may be removed automatically when inactive; permanent accounts persist until you delete them.Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes all associated data.Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of collaborative estimation. You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the service; scrape or extract data at scale; use the service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content; impersonate another person within a session; or create accounts using automated means.No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.Service availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may remove room data, suspend accounts, or terminate sessions at our discretion, including in response to misuse or violation of these terms.Intellectual property
The One More Point name, design, and code are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or branding beyond what is necessary to use the service.Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.Dispute resolution and arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or dispute, that claim or dispute will be resolved in accordance with the Governing law section above.Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will post a notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
